NERVE-TOUCH THAI MASSAGE or JAP-SEN THAI MASSAGE, whose meaning can be translated as "grasping the Sen", is a unique style of Thai technique devised by Lek Chaiya, known as "Mama Lek", who works the intricate system of energy channels (Sen) present in the body, with stretching, pressure, and vibrated or rolling movements of the thumbs, in order to stimulate the correct energy flow throughout the body.
The SESSION lasts about an hour and generally takes place on a tatami, even if it can be practiced on a bed. For both the operator and the recipient, it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing made of natural fibers (cotton, linen, etc.).
