NUAD BORANknown in the West as Thai Yoga Massage, is an ancient treatment technique developed in Thailand, in which elements of Chinese acupressure and stretches similar to those of the Indian tradition are merged. Even if we talk about massage, we do not use soft tissue manipulation maneuvers that we usually associate with this word in the context of Western practice. The sequences performed in the treatments are a synergy of pressures and stretches brought with a tilting movement of the operator throughout the massage. The pressures can be applied from time to time with the palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees and feet. To the observer, the dynamic harmony of the treatment is reminiscent of a dance.

The SESSION can vary from 1 or 2 hours at the request of the customer. It is mainly based on a technique of acupressure and stretching carried out with oscillatory and harmonic movements, which lead the recipient to assume the main positions of Yoga. It acts on energy channels called "Sen". The treated person should wear comfortable and not thick clothes. This is to be free in movement and to allow the operator to bring the pressure in depth when necessary.

The BENEFITS of a treatment can be multiple:

- Deep relaxation,

- Release of tension points in the body,

- Increased flexibility and range of motion,

- Helping the alignment and postural integrity of the body,

- Improve circulation,

- Relieve pain,

- Help relieve the degenerative conditions associated with the aging process,

- Increase vitality.
