THAI HOT COMPRESS is a massage technique that is part of Thai culture. For the treatment, compresses containing numerous herbs tightly tied in fabric and steam-heated are used. Once brought to the right temperature, they are used by putting pressure on the whole body, in order to soothe the muscles and stimulate the vital organs and the senses.

 

The SESSION lasts about an hour and generally takes place on a tatami, even if it can be practiced on a bed; Hot compresses are traditionally applied after receiving a Thai Massage. For both the operator and the recipient, it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing made of natural fibers (cotton, linen, etc.)

 

 

The BENEFITS that can be noted are:

- A reduction in muscle stress.

- A general relief of muscle pain.

- Helps to improve and stimulate the lymphatic system.

- A deep psychophysical relaxation.
